We want you to love your purchase!
We will happily offer you a full refund or exchange within 7 days of you receiving your order.
All returned merchandise must be:
In its original condition and not been worn, altered or washed.
Have all of its original tags attached.
Shoes must be in the original shoe box.
Bathing suits bottoms must have sticker intact.
Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving your order. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for the following items:
Sale items
Flutterhabit lashes or adhesive
Jewellery
Undergarments
Gift cards
To initiate a return please email hello@thestillroomshop.com and include your order number and reason for return. Any items being returned are at the customer’s expense and require an authorization/tracking number. If you are local to Woodstock or Harley contact us to arrange a time to drop off. Returns must be initiated and approved, items returned without being approved will not be accepted.
We are not responsible for the loss, damage or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance. Return shipping fees are at the expense of the purchaser.
