Free Local Pick Up
Pickup hours 7am-7pm 7 days a week.
We offer free local pickup at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready for pickup, usually within 24 hours. There will be a box located on the front porch with our shop name on it where you will find your package. The Pickup address will be in your email.
Shipping
The Still Room offers free shipping on orders over $200.
Standard shipping is $20 per order anywhere within Canada and $25 for orders shipping the the U.S.
Shipping is very costly, we are absorbing as much of the cost as we can.
Standard shipping takes anywhere from 6-10 business days depending on location. Please note that most orders are ready for shipment within 1-2 days of ordering. Please make sure the shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once they have been sent. In the case of an incorrect shipping address, additional costs will be incurred by the customer. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may occur.
